As for myself, I have a Doctorate in Psychology and for many years was a lecturer and consultant on organizational and community development, including neighborhoods. My publications on neighborhoods include a 1984 booklet "MEANWHILE BACK AT THE NEIGHBORHOOD," now largely out of print.
